With college admissions growing more competitive, it’s more important than ever for students to explore a wide range of campuses, gain firsthand exposure to diverse academic environments, and begin envisioning where they might thrive. Our tailored tours allow schools to choose which institutions to visit and customize the itinerary to meet the specific needs, interests, and goals of their students.
Our Programs
More than simply tours of colleges
Schools and other organisations are looking to provide high-quality educational trips for their students; many see the value of a college tour experience where they get to select which colleges to tour and when. Within the current landscape of increased competitiveness in college admissions, it is important for students to be exposed to and experience first-hand the many schools that could potentially be their future “home” community.
- Plan all logistics including flight arrangements, hotels, transportation, meals, campus visit and meetings with admissions representatives
- Arrange campus tours
- Schedule informational meetings with admissions officers, and interviews at universities if available
- Book and plan additional requested activities (museums, amusement parks, plays or musicals, other local events)
- Provide students with a pre-departure planning booklet, summaries of colleges to be visited, and a checklist to use to evaluate each college during the tour
- Provide promotional materials to advertise the tour to students
- TS College Tours staff member will accompany your group and take care of all day to day logistics

Occasionally we have families who request a customized college tour. Again, they determine the colleges and dates and we do the rest! This is a highly personalized experience and a chance for a family to combine vacation fun with college visits while including the whole family!

Schools or organizations reach out to us to inquire about a possible program they want to run for their students

We arrange a video call to discuss needs, possible dates, a list of colleges to visit etc

We prepare a draft itinerary and quote

School/organization advertises to families and collect registrations and deposits.
