Ray Marx
US Tour Director
Ray has spent a large portion of his professional career in Quito, Ecuador. Born in Canada, and raised in the United States, he received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and then earned his M.A. in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago as well as a certificate in college counseling from UCLA.
As the director of college counseling at Colegio Americano de Quito for over 15 years, Ray has helped students and families identify their passions and successfully enroll at many top universities around the world.
He served as President of the International Association for College Admissions Counseling and was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement award.
Ray has visited hundreds campuses around the world, including in almost twenty different countries and has presented at conferences all over the world as an expert on college admission
For over a decade, he has brought his warm personality and admissions expertise to TS Tours, leading students as they gain insight and perspective along the way.
