Tour Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

TS College Tours uses several reputable companies to provide transportation and accommodations for the Tours. In order to secure the services, TS College Tours must provide deposits to these companies. As a result, we have developed our refund policy in line with the refund policy with such companies.

Refund Policy

  • 90 days or more before tour start date: Full Refund
  • 30-89 days or more before tour start date: 50% Refund
  • 0-29 days before tour start date: No Refund

Deadlines for Student Tours

Feb 1:
Priority Deadline
  • Students who apply by the priority deadline will be assured a spot on one of our programs.
Apr 30:
Regular Deadline
  • Participants who apply after this date will be placed on our waitlist. Should spaces become available, the Director will select participants to fill the spaces.
  • Applicants for whom there is not space will have their deposit refunded. All applicants should wait until final confirmation before purchasing any flights.
Apr 30:
  • Final confirmation of schedule and list of participants.
  • Applicants should wait until final confirmation before purchasing any flights.
May 5:
Students receive pre-departure information.
May 15:
Final hotel information, confirmations, and details sent to parents.
